Profile Description

Jesse Reiter, owner, founder, and managing partner of Reiter & Walsh, P.C., is recognized as a leader in the field of birth trauma law. Since his acceptance into the Michigan State Bar in 1987, Reiter has won multiple multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts for children with birth injuries. Passion for the practice of law, meticulous attention to detail and exhaustive preparation are the keys to his success. Helping children and their families brings him the greatest satisfaction.

Reiter began his legal career with a major law firm in Detroit. After years of honing his medical malpractice expertise, he formed American Baby & Child Law Centers in 1997. The firm has grown considerably since that time and now fights for birth injured children throughout the country.

At ABC Law Centers, Reiter built his reputation on having both the medical knowledge and the legal focus to win his cases. As pregnancy, birth injury and hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) cases are often complex and difficult to understand, deep knowledge of the medical and legal practices is critical.

Reiter stands as a leader in birth trauma litigation. He is actively involved in his community and represents children who need constant care. His clients continually receive compassion, empathy, knowledge and experience throughout their difficult cases.

Jesse Reiter also contributes to numerous community service projects outside of his area of practice. In 2002, Reiter heard that a historical building in Bloomfield Hills was being prepared for demolition; he stepped in, bought and renovated the building, which now houses the Reiter & Walsh, P.C. offices. He also donates to numerous community service organizations, including Miracle League of Michigan, Beaumont Bike Day, and the University of Michigan.
